01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the PHPataya website, mobile platform, applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account or using any part of the PHPataya Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

PHPataya reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, PHPataya will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of PHPataya following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the PHPataya Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the PHPataya Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine laws and regulations governing casino-style gambling and online gaming.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to register as players on PHPataya.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of PHPataya, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the PHPataya Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and keep that information current at all times.

PHPataya reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point during your use of the Platform. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

03 Account Registration

To access the full features of the PHPataya Platform, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on PHPataya. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. PHPataya is not responsible for any loss arising from inaccurate information provided by you.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. PHPataya will never request your password through any communication channel.
• Unauthorized Access: You must notify PHPataya immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. PHPataya will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account prior to notification.
• Account Non-Transferability: Your PHPataya account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

PHPataya reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the PHPataya Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount on PHPataya is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated within the Platform.
• Accepted Payment Methods: PHPataya currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available payment methods may change from time to time at PHPataya's discretion.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your PHPataya account within minutes of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.
• Withdrawal Requests: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. PHPataya reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Standard GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours of approval.
• Withdrawal Conditions: Funds deposited into your PHPataya account must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be processed, unless otherwise specified in applicable promotional terms.
• Currency: PHPataya does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. All transactions must be conducted in Philippine Peso. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the player.

PHPataya reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any transaction where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected. In such cases, PHPataya will cooperate fully with relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

PHPataya may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all PHPataya promotions:

• All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. Those specific terms form part of these Terms.
• Bonuses are credited to your PHPataya account in Philippine Peso and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash.
• PHPataya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• PHPataya reserves the right to withhold bonus funds or winnings derived from bonuses where it reasonably suspects that a player has abused the bonus system, created multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or engaged in any form of bonus fraud.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the PHPataya Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game on PHPataya, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• RNG Certification: All PHPataya games use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party, including PHPataya.
• Return to Player (RTP): PHPataya publishes RTP information for its games. RTP figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or system failure, PHPataya reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the wagers placed in those rounds. PHPataya is not liable for any winnings that result from a game malfunction.
• Disconnection: PHPataya is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, device failure, or other technical issues on the player's side during a game session.
• Disputed Outcomes: In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the records maintained by PHPataya's server shall be the definitive reference. PHPataya's decision on disputed game outcomes is final, subject to the complaints procedure set out in these Terms.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the PHPataya Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on PHPataya, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the PHPataya Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the PHPataya Platform or its games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in PHPataya games or systems for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game on PHPataya.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.
• Accessing the PHPataya Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your PHPataya account.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward PHPataya staff or other players.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the PHPataya Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the intellectual property of PHPataya or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the PHPataya Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any PHPataya content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on PHPataya content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any PHPataya software.
• Use any PHPataya trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of PHPataya intellectual property may result in legal action. PHPataya reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

09 Privacy & Data

PHPataya collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on PHPataya, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

PHPataya implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and PHPataya cannot guarantee absolute data security.

PHPataya will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform.

10 Responsible Gaming

PHPataya is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this area seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all PHPataya players:

• Age Verification: PHPataya strictly enforces the 21-year minimum age requirement and will verify player age upon registration and at any subsequent point.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their PHPataya account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PHPataya, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the PHPataya Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue.
• Loss of data or information.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform.
• Unauthorized access to your account.
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in Platform content.

PHPataya's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your PHPataya account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude PHPataya's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Suspension & Termination

PHPataya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to provide requested identity or age verification documents.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated in bad faith.
• Conduct that PHPataya reasonably considers harmful to the Platform, other players, or PHPataya's reputation.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent authorities.

Upon termination of your account, any bonus funds or promotional credits will be forfeited. Real money balances remaining in your account at the time of termination will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations and the circumstances of the termination. Where termination is due to a breach of these Terms, PHPataya reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation.

You may close your PHPataya account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any remaining real money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

13 Amendments to These Terms

PHPataya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, PHPataya will provide notice to registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulation.

Your continued use of the PHPataya Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the PHPataya website. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and PHPataya arising from your use of the Platform or these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may contact PHPataya's support team to initiate this process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the competent courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.

PHPataya operates in compliance with the regulatory framework applicable to online gaming in the Philippines. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by PHPataya may seek recourse through the appropriate Philippine regulatory bodies.
